is my piece dishwasher safe?

goobs ceramics pieces are dishwasher safe, although handwashing is preferred whenever possible. if you choose to use the dishwasher, please handle your ceramics carefully to avoid damages.

how long does my order take to ship?

all pieces are made-to-order and will ship 4-5 weeks from when pre-orders close.

what is your return policy? 

all orders are final sale unless there are damages due to shipping. please complete my contact form within 7 business days of delivery to process a replacement order.

do you offer international shipping? 

internationally shipping is not currently being offered. sign up for my email list to be notified when i’m able to start shipping internationally again!
